could we just clarify who will be attending the trip to Section 8 (Shotts) on Sunday the 25th Feb?

FireFight Information And Rules
Start and Finish Times:
Players should arrive on site at around 10:00, with games starting at as close to 10:30 as possible.
Please ensure that you sign in and prepare your kit as soon as you arrive on-site, and are ready to play as quickly as possible.
Games will normally finish at approximately 5pm; dependant upon ammo, battery power, weather and hunger.
Prices:
Green fees = ?16 ( Half days must be booked in advance and will cost ?10 )
Bottle of 3000 BBs = ?6 ( Two for ?10 )
Gun Rental = ?15
Gun rental comprises:
1 AEG assault rifle.
1 charged battery.
1 loaded hi-cap magazine.
1 protective facemask.
A non-refundable deposit of ?10 is payable in advance for players wishing to book a hire place at a walk-on day or a special event.
A deposit of ?5 is payable in advance for players wishing to book a walk-on place at a special event.
Extra hi-caps may be available for ?3 per day, and extra batteries may be hired for ?1.
Non-hire players may rent a mask for the day for ?3.
Pyrotechnics ( Smoke grenades / thunderflashes ) may also be available to purchase on site ( Over-18s ONLY ).
You may bring your own ammunition and pyros to Section 8 airsoft games, but any pyrotechnics MUST be professionally made and a spare must be brought to the site to be tested by Section 8 personnel.
FPS limits:
328fps ( ?10% ) for all guns.
Random chronograph tests may be applied to any gun at any time.
Pyrotechnics ( Smoke grenades / thunderflashes ) may also be available to purchase on site ( Over-18s ONLY ).
You may bring your own ammunition and pyros to Section 8 games, but any pyrotechnics MUST be professionally made and a spare must be brought to the site to be tested by Section 8 personnel.
Private Hire games are available to book on any day not scheduled as a regular walk-on event ( Depending on availability of marshals on intended date. )
Cost is ?40 per player ( Organiser plays free ), and includes gear hire, one bottle / bag of ammunition and juice/chocolate/crisps if over 15 paying players book or BBQ if more than 25.
( If a player wishes to use their own weapon, a ?10 discount applies. )
A deposit of ?10 per player is payable to confirm booking of a private hire game, deducted from the green fee on the day.

so far we're looking at 7+ for Shotts 
as for age limits Section 8s only requirement is that under 18s ware full face protection but our problem is the under 16yr olds we're not insured and cant be held responsible for away games for the under 16s(if a parent comes along then that's fine)

start time is 10 for 10.30 so we rendevouz at tones about 7.30 and head off just therafter.
