Zero One (bad)After spending the last few years and not to mention a few hundred quid (if not a few thousand!!!) buying from Zero One i have found them recently to be unreliable and inefficient.
I placed a large order a week previous to our last game. After 4 days of waiting i recieved an email to say one of the items was out of stock (even though when ordering i ticked the box marked "remove out of stock items from my order"). I phoned and told the girl in office to continue with the order and dispatch the rest of the goods.
After a week had passed and still no sign of my order i sent an email to ask if it had been dispatched. They replied by email basically saying the goods had not been dispatched and they had no proof of any previous correspondence (in other words i made it all up!).
As this was the third order in the last few months that was late, incomplete or laterly not at all, i will not longer be doing business with Zero One.
