Ordered some parts from Airsoft Scotland to remedy the slow and annoying battery change on ma M4's crane stock. The first part of my order i recieved had the important parts missing due to them being out of stock, which after one phone call and two e-mails about them, Airsoft Scotland had forgotten to mention the stock situation. Took it as one of those things so called again this week to check that i would get the parts before campaign day and to order a battery sling. They promised that i would get the parts the following day with next day recorded delivery which i paid for. Its now Friday night and no sign of ma parts. Would not buy from them again

I shop from them quite often, there kinda 2 sided, if you go to the shop i always have no problems but there online service sucks, there website is NEVER up to date.
My most recent order <3 cans of krylon, scope rail and 2 MRES> resulted in me being told they only had 2 of the krylon colours in stock andonly the veggie MRES <yuck> so fine i didnt mind waiting on the paint and canceled the food. They then rang me back to say they didnt have the rail i wanted but had a differnt <more expensive one>. Next day i found out they only had 1 krylon colour in stock and are "unsure" when the others will be back.
Used to prefer them over Z1 because at least they told you on the site stuff was out of stock but now it just aint accurate.
